Questions
How quickly will someone contact me?
We aim to pass your enquiry to a specialist within one business day, and sooner when equipment is down. The specialist contacts you by phone or email to arrange a visit or quote.
What does Chiller Connect cost?
Nothing. The specialist quotes you directly and you decide whether to go ahead. If you do, the contractor pays us a referral fee. It is never added to your quote as a separate line.
How often should a chiller be serviced?
Most commercial chillers get regular inspections through the cooling season and a major service once a year. The right schedule depends on the make, the run hours and the manufacturer requirements, so the specialist will recommend one for your plant.
