Why we exist
Commercial chillers are specialist equipment. Most air conditioning companies do not work on centrifugal, screw or large scroll chillers, and the firms that do are hard to find when a machine trips on a hot afternoon. Chiller Connect takes the phone calls out of finding the right one.
What we do
You tell us about the plant, the fault or the project. We pass it to an independent specialist who works on that equipment in your city. They call you, quote, and do the work directly with you.
What we do not do
We do not carry out repairs, servicing or installations ourselves, and we are not affiliated with any chiller manufacturer. Make and model names on this site describe equipment only.
Where we work
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart and Darwin, and the regional areas around them. We cover commercial chillers and the plant around them: cooling towers, pumps, boilers, air handling units and plant room controls.
How we are paid
Specialists pay us a referral fee when a job goes ahead. You pay nothing to us, and the fee is never added to your quote as a separate line.
Questions
Are the specialists licensed?
We only refer to contractors who hold the refrigerant handling and trade licences their work requires. They work under their own licences, insurance and terms.
